Celebrating Wellness with River Oaks Galleria Med Spa | Serenique Scen

There are moments in business that become part of your story forever, and this collaboration is certainly one of mine.

In November 2025, Serenique Scents had the incredible honor of partnering with River Oaks Galleria Medspa as they celebrated their one-year anniversary in Houston, Texas. Being selected to create a custom signature candle for such a meaningful milestone was both humbling and inspiring.

For the celebration, I handcrafted an exclusive fragrance called Spa Date, a candle created exclusively for the event and gifted to every guest in attendance. The vision was simple: capture the feeling of stepping into a luxury spa and transform it into an experience guests could continue enjoying long after they returned home.

Spa Date was an elegant, spa-inspired fragrance that opened with crisp, airy freshness before unfolding into soft botanical notes and calming florals. As the candle burned, layers of warm woods and delicate musk created a sophisticated finish that wrapped the room in effortless luxury. It was the kind of fragrance that immediately invited you to exhale, a scent that transformed an ordinary evening into a peaceful ritual of self-care.

The anniversary celebration was a beautiful reflection of wellness and community. Guests enjoyed live demonstrations, signature cocktails, exclusive giveaways, and the opportunity to connect with an incredible collection of wellness-focused businesses, all gathered to celebrate a year of helping others feel confident, refreshed, and cared for.

One of my favorite moments was watching guests discover their custom candles. Seeing their smiles as they experienced the fragrance for the first time reminded me why I started Serenique Scents. Fragrance has an extraordinary ability to become part of our memories; it celebrates milestones, creates atmosphere, and transforms everyday moments into something unforgettable.

Collaborations like this continue to inspire the heart behind Serenique Scents. My hope has always been to create more than candles. I want to create experiences that encourage people to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace moments of peace amid life's busyness.
