At Serenique Scents, each product is handcrafted with care in small batches to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. As a one-woman operation, I truly appreciate your support and patience.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. During peak seasons, sales, or after vendor events, processing times may be slightly longer, but I will always do my best to keep you informed.

Shipping Time:
Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. From time to time, I may offer free shipping promotions—be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop!

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
